GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Issy-Les-Moulineaux warehouse within 2 to 3 days. To track your order, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number when the product leaves our warehouse.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts for 14 days from delivery of your product. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since we received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
COLD PRODUCTS, SUCH AS MEAT, CAN ONLY BE CLAIMED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DISPATCH.
Items on sale are non-refundable. At the customer's request, any refund may be offset by a voucher.You are responsible for return shipping costs.
