- Preparation: Remove the ribeye from the vacuum pack and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In pan: Cut into 250g steaks. Cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Rest for 5 minutes.
- In oven: Cook the whole piece at 200°C (390°F) for 30-35 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving
